- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2V3G26138A100 and is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-13. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business and falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classification 334515 (size standard 500 employees). The Government intends to issue a Purchase Order (PO) for the following: 1. Description of 1. Products 1 ea. – Part # E4405B, Spectrum Analyzer - ESA-E 9KHZ-13.2GHZ, GPIB and Centronics interface (A4H), US-English Localization. 1 ea. – Part # E4405B-STD, standard analyzer (AYX,BAA) 1 ea. – Part # E4405B- 0BV, Service Documentation, Component Level. 1 ea. – Part # E4405B-0BW, Service Documentation, Assembly Level. Please provide all warranty information. No refurbished parts. “Or Equal” products will be reviewed. 2. Delivery Date: One week (7 days,) after award. 3. Specifications: Product shall be delivered to Bldg. 1750 S. Shore Dr., MacDill AFB, FL 33621. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The vendor will invoice and the customer will accept the delivery of the product/service.
