Savage (912) 652-5506 ** Description of work: This solicitation is for the construction of the 4th Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Div (ABN). The project i s for the construction of three Battalion Headquarters buildings, company operations facilities. Dining Facility (DFAC), Barracks for 940 Soldiers, an addition to the Brigade Headquarters, parking, community green apace, secondary access roads and recreat ional areas. Supporting facilities include utilities, electric services, intrusion detection system (IDS), fire protection and alarm systems, paving, walks curbs and gutters, traffic signage, storm drainage including underground storm water retention, eros ion control measures, information systems, landscaping, and site improvements. The project will be solicited and procured using a Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 15.101-1. Offerors are required to submit a price and technical proposal. Each proposal shall contain the offeror's best technical proposal and best price. Award will be made to an offeror whose technical submittal and price proposal contain the combination of the criteria requested that of fer the best value to the Government. The technical proposal will be evaluated utilizing the factors set forth below. Factor 1: Corporate Relevant Specialized Experience; Factor 2: Construction Past Performance and Factor 3: Construction Duration. The es timated cost range of project is $100,000,000 to $250,000,000.
