- Description
- Basewide Pavements Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), project number MUHJ 06-5000. Furnish material, equipment, and labor to perform all operations necessary for the maintencanc of paved areas at Langely AFB, VA and Bethal Manor Housing area as an IDIQ contract with a base year plus four option years. The work may include, but is not limited to, excavation, surface preparation, placing base course, asphaltic concrete and overlays, sealing of pavement, repair existing concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, airfield pavements slabs, joints and spalls, repair airfield box drains, removal of paint from airfield and base pavements, and painting stripes on pavements. In addition, new concrete sidewalks, new concrete curbs and gutters, resetting manholes and catch basins as required, and pothole repairs may be required. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with contract documents and most recent Federal, State, and local regulations. All work involved in this contract will be issued as needs are identified via Delivery Orders. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor and materials that are required to accomplish each Deliver Order complete as separate projects. This project will result in a single award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. NAICS code is 237310. The size standard is $31,000,000. The solicitation will be for a base plus four option years. This acquisition is unrestricted. The solicitation issue and solicitation opening dates are tentative. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only through the Government Point of Entry (GPE). All potential offerors are reminder, in accordance with DFARS252.204-704, Requirement Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in the CCR will make the offeror ineligible for award. Requirement of Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) lack of registration in ORCA will make the offeror ineligible for award. The GPE may be accessed via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be available.
