- * THIS IS AN UPDATE OF PREVIOUSLY RUN SOLICITATION NOTICE #5FL0280 POSTED ON APRIL 5, 2006. * THIS SOLICITATION MODIFIES THE DELINEATED AREA IN TALLAHASSEE,FL. The General Services Administration seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 1,696 rentable square feet yielding 1,475 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space in Tallahassee, Florida. Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Killarney Way and McClay Roads West: Meridian Road, East: Fleischman Road, South: Miccousukee Road. The term of this lease is 10 years, 5 years firm; with all services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before March 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
