- The United States Government intends to award a lease, using other than full and open competition to the Union Labor Life Building, 111 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, DC. The Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has identified a need to secure and control the entire parking garage at the above building in order to comply with the minimum standards of Level IV Government Building. This lease will be for a total of 284 parking spaces for a 5-year option to renew up to a 10-year firm term. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intent to award this project under Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Silvia Vlahov, Realty Specialist, at silvia.vlahov@gsa.gov or to her attention at GSA, DC Service Center (WPJ), 301 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC, 20407.
