- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for 18.969 gross square feet of ST600IFT Gray Starlite (73.2)% Concord 1250 panels. This RFP is for a competitive requirment for Gray Starlite Concord 1250 floor panels. To be eligible for an award, an offeror must provide quotes for Gray Starlite Concord 1250 floor panels. Panels are 2"" with 1/16" high pressure laminate. the 18,969 gross square feet include 4,593 tiles with dampers (PN 863401) and 150 tiles without damper (PN 863201). This action is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Award will be made based on the above specifications and lowest price. The government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Commercial type contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. This procurement will be issued as a competitive requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 238330 with a size standard of $13M apply. The solicitation associated with this RFP will be available only by www access through the SPAWAR public access on line Contract Information System. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates or amendments.
