- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement with Raytheon Technical Services Company, 6125 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis IN for a maximum ceiling amount of $48,000,000. The BOA covers a three-year period with two one-year options from the award date which was 30 July 2002. The BOA includes line items for engineering and logistics support services, new procurement orders for fleet spares and depot lay-ins, and the repair or upgrade of Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA?s), Shop Repairable Assemblies (SRA?s), and Sub-Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SSRA?s) installed on the EP-3E aircraft. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
