- Description
- On Site Addition / Modification of an existing Dustron Filter-1 Model 12-8-7.5 dust control module located at the Naval Air Warfare Center Prototype & Manufacturing Department, Lakehurst, NJ. Modification is for an expansion of the existing cabinet and work area to allow for blasting of larger parts and provide additional filter area and dust moving capability. The blasting media is maintenance formula blasting soda. Requirements: 1. Expand existing booth working area to 24 ft. wide X 24 ft. depth. 2. Filter-1 Dustron Model DC-12-8-7.5 dust collection module, welded steel construction, 12 Cartridge Filters (3330 sq. ft.), motor / blower rated at 8000 CFM with wall and roof panels insulated for sound absorption. 3. Additional hopper / screw conveyor and vacuum operated air accelerator to convey collected dust into a 55 gallon drum. 4. Dust tight light fixtures. 5. All necessary duct, fittings and regain air plenum to fit expanded booth. 6. All necessary floor support columns and horizontal support trusses. 7. Complete mechanical installation of above equipment and components necessary to expand existing booth to 24 ft. width X 24 ft. depth. 8. Complete electrical installation of above equipment and components necessary to expand existing booth to 24 ft. width X 24 ft. depth. 9. Start up service and operational training for use and maintenance of system. 10. Include all freight and shipping charges / fees. See Government Numbered Note 1. Quotes will be submitted in writing (FAXED) to POC listed. Quotes are due by COB 29 Aug 2006. Quotes will list Company Name, Address, Phone & Fax Numbers, Point of Contact, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID Number.
