Description

Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, the Navy intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Trulogic, Inc. This requirement is for the procurement of the E-6 Standardized General Markup Language (SGML) Management Program (SMP) and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) viewing navigation capabilities at Naval Air Depot, Jacksonville (NADEP JAX). Tasks include: Modify SGML Management Process (SMP) system to utilize the System optimization for web server enhancements; modify SMP system to utilize AutoCAD files in IETM; modify SMP system to have ability to put calculation sheets in the IETM; and modify SMP system to utilize the placement of video clips in the IETM. The basis for the sole source is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is for informational purposes only as the Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.
