- The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, Bldg1 L-wing Rm:K109, Farenholt Road, Agana Heights GU 96910, is soliciting interested sources for a Clinical Social Worker(BSW)to provide service in its Population Health Department. Candidates must meet all of the requirements and qualifications noted in the Statement of Work. Period of performance to begin 30 Sep 2006 thru 29 Sep 2007.
