Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for Evaluation Services. This contract will consist of Phase I - Front-End Evaluation, Phase II - Formative Evaluation, and Optional Phase III - Summative Evaluation for bilingual interpretive media, consisting of exhibits, waysides, signage, and audiovisual programs being developed for San Juan National Historic Site, primarily at the two forts, El Morro and San Cristobal. The Government anticipates award on or before September 22, 2006. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of the Interior's National Business Center (NBC) Website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around August 11, 2006. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. NAICS CODE IS 541613, MARKETING CONSULTANT SERVICES SIZE STANDARD OF $6.5 MILLION AVERAGE ANNUAL RECEIPTS FOR AN OFFEROR'S PRECEEDING THREE FISCAL YEARS.
