- THIS IS NOT A SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. THIS RFQ IS OPEN TO BOTH LARGE AND SMALLBUSINESS (ESTIMATED PRICE IS RANGE IS BETWEEN $25,000.00 AND $100,000.00. AWARD WILL BE PROCESSED PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. The site of the work is at the Rainwater Basin Wetland Management District, Kearney, Nebraska GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK A. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the construction of a new irrigation well. B. Credit to the Government for purchase of some or all of the old well equipment in lieu of moving that equipment to a legal disposal site (not a requirement, but an option). LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF SITE A. The site for fence replacement is the Rainwater Basin Wetland Management District, Kearney, Nebraska. Prospective bidders may inspect the site by making arrangements with the Project Leader, Steve Karel at Rainwater Basin Wetland Management District, Kearnney, Nebraska. Telephone number (308) 236-5015. B. Contractors are urged to visit the work sites and become familiar with existing conditions. The estimated contract price for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
