- THIS IS NOT A SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. THIS RFQ IS OPEN TO BOTH LARGE AND SMALLBUSINESS (ESTIMATED PRICE IS RANGE IS BETWEEN $25,000.00 AND $100,000.00. AWARD WILL BE PROCESSED PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. The site of the work is at the Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge, Berthold, Renville County, North Dakota. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK A. This project includes providing all labor and equipment to remove one to three existing bridges and to replace them with corrugated steel culverts. All work will be done in accordance with the Government's specifications and drawings. B. All materials removed shall be legally disposed of by the Contractor at an off-site disposal facility. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF SITE A. The site for bridge replacement is the Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 45 miles northwest of Minot North Dakota. Prospective bidders may inspect the site by making arrangements with the Project Leader, Tom Pabien, at Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge, 17705 212th Ave NW, Berthold, North Dakota. Telephone number (701) 468-5467. B. Contractors are urged to visit the work sites and become familiar with existing conditions. The estimated contract price for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
