- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial items, Line Item 001: (2 ea.) 53 FT. TRAILER EQUIPPED WITH 16 SHOWER HEADS AND SINKS. The government will provide all service to the showers, potable water, and adequate drainage for grey water and electricity. Contractors price should include applicable taxes and delivery to SANTA FE, NM 87508. Alternate offers will be accepted and evaluated by the user for suitability. The contractor will deliver and pick up trailers. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitat ion will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912J3-06-T-0015. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17 and DFARS Change Notice 2003-1001. North American Indu strial Classification Standard (NAICS) 532120, Size Standard: $23.5 million, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 27A Bataan Blvd. Santa Fe, NM 87507. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or non e basis.
