Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard intends to award a contract to Complete Parachute Solutions for the following items: 42 each SOV3-HH Solo systems (8 ring systems)color - silver (part #CPS-SOV3-HH-398), 42 each MS-3 60 M2C main canopy color - silver (part #CPS-MS-360 M2C), 42 each TR-375 reserve canopy color - silver (part #CPS-TR-375), 21 each TR-375 7 cell F111 reserve canopy in R1 or R2 configurations color - silver (part #CPS-TR-375). All part numbers listed are belonging to Complete Parachute Solutions. Vendors must provide equipment that is equal or better quality in comparison to Complete Parachute Solutions. Equipment will be delivered to Moffett FAF, California. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be ut ilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than August 14, 2006 before 2:00pm PST. Quotes may be submitted via fax to (805) 594-6348.
