- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of Office of the Chief of Public Affairs, intends to award a sole source award to Critical Mention, Inc., 1776 Broadway, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10019, VA 23221 to support its Strategic Communi cation Divisions Media Analysis Program. As Critical Mention has been instrumental in developing the organizations current Media Analysis Program, the Government will save both time and money by continuing to work with them. Additionally, Critical Ment ion has the comprehensive knowledge necessary to successfully oversee the program in its current configuration. Specifically, Critical Mention will continue to provide state-of-the art capabilities for gathering, collating and analyzing news clippings abo ut the Army from the print media and broadcast reports from radio (terrestrial and satellite) and television. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by 9:00 am on 07 August 2006. This notice is not a req uest for quotes.
