Description

43d Contracting Squadron, Pope AFB NC, intends to solicit and award a sole source one time, firm fixed price purchase order to Thales Communications for PRC-148 radios and accessories. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The equipment required is as follows: Line Item 0001: 2m submersible AN/PRC-148 (v) 2 (c), Urban MBITR, NSA Type 1 CCI, one each, Lithium-Ion Rechargeable battery PN 1600515-7, Holster PN 1600494-1, Accessory Bag PN 1600495-1, 1 m VHF Blade Antenna PN 3100661-501, Broadband Antenna PN 3100662-501, as well as manuals, hard and soft copies with training presentation (qty 40). Line Item 0002: SINCGARS, HAVEQUICK, and ANDVT Software Package MBITR 1700339-2-3-4(qty 40). Line Item 0003: Battery LI-Ion Rechargeable 4.8H 1600515-7(qty 40). Line Item 0004: Urban Radio Five Year Ext Warranty PN 4101195-501 (qty 40). Line Item 0005: Six Way AC/DC Li-Ion Battery Charger 1600580-1(qty 4). Line Item 0006: Cloning Cable MBITR 3500395-501(qty 2). Line Item 0007: Cable ASSY PC Programmer MBITR 3500393-501(qty 2). Line Item 0008: Cable ASSY Retransmit 3500485-501 (qty 2). Line Item 0009: Speaker Microphone MBITR 1600469-4(qty 15). Line Item 0010: DES Function Clear MBITR 1700339-5 (qty 40). The applicable NAICS code is 423690 with as size standard of 100 employees.
