- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items (non-personal services). This document was prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented and in accordance with FAR FAC 2005-11, July 28, 2006 with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source commercial, firm-fixed price purchase order to Bonal Technologies. This one-time requirement is to lease the following equipment, for a period of up to 3 months, with the option to purchase. CLIN 0001: 1 Lot consisting of the following pieces of equipment: Qty: 1 each, Kit Model 1701 Console Qty: 1 each, Kit 2A Force Inducer Qty: 1 each, Meta-Lax DataGraph Qty: 1 each, Storage Cart This acqusition is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 811310, $6.5M. Market research shows Bonal Technologies is the only source that can satisfy the government?s requirements. All timely responses will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not it is advantageous to the Government to conduct a competitive procurement; no award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice. Any company that feels they have the capability to meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
