- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F3V5J16173A100. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, North American Industrial Classification Standard 812332, Size Standard, $13.0M, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. Description of requirements: 0001 ? Laundry Service. Furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to include pickup and delivery of items generated by the 882d Training Support Squadron, Sheppard AFB TX, IAW Statement of Work. Period of Performance: 1 October 2006 ? 30 September 2007. Quantity: (Estimated )19,200 lbs per year.
