- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Christmas Tree, prepared in accordance with the format FAR subpart 12.6 as suplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), bidders must bid on an all or none basis. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accpeted). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07 and DFARS change notice 20060123, Standard Industrial Code 5199, North American Industry Classification System Code 424990 and size standard of 100 employees apply to this procurement. This contract will provide the following items: 1 each of the following: 41? Full pre-lit giant everist fir tree. With 30,800 clear lamps, 94,500 tips, 22.5? base width. Intended for outdoor use.
