- The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Cornet Technology Incorporated (CTI), 6800 Versar Center, Suite 216, Springfield VA, 22151-4147. Requirement consists of a Site Survey to establish requirements prior to transfer, testing prior to transfer and VTC Equipment transfer to new location in support of the maintenance and oversight of equipment utilized by Barksdale AFB personnel. This company has previously installed and provided all maintenance needs for this configuration. The datawall is configured with an intertwined VTC solution. Cornet Technology Incorporated has the background knowledge and experience with this non-standard solution. Therefore, the oversight, testing and transfer of the equipment that has been to date supported by Cornet Technology Incorporated may be compromised if another vendor is involved with the movement, maintenance or installation of the VTC equipment.
