- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Michael E DeBakey Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030-4298, announces its intent to solicit a firm-fixed price contract with a qualified and responsible firm already established in the business to provide a guaranteed uniform (garment)delivery service for the period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007, with four one-year renewal options. The assigned solicitation number is 580-01-07 and is unrestricted. NAICS code 812331 and small business size standard $10.0 million will apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will be posted and available for download on August 8, 2006 from http://fedbizopps.gov/. Offers will be due in the issuing office on or before 3:00p.m Central Standard Time on August 28, 2006. Faxed and e-mail offers will not be accepted. Any amendments issued will be posted on http://fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency.
