- It is the intent of the Government to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for EBSCOHOST database package used by medical personnel at the Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141. The contract period shall be for one (1) year beginning August 10, 2006 through July 31, 2007. The database package is the enhanced version, to include the following: CINAHL with full text; CINAHL Select (4 users); Health Business, full text elite; PsycArticles; PsychoINFO; The Cochrane Collection (1 user); MEDLINE with full text; and Psychology and Vehavioral Sciences Collection. Code for this procurement is 516110. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit a quote. All quotes received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, August 7, 2006, will be considered by the Government.
