STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACT SERVICES FOR MEETING LOCATION Secretary of Labor??s Executive Staff Leadership Training Conference August 10-11, 2006 I. INTRODUCTION/SCOPE OF WORK The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Secretary of Labor, (OSEC) requires a meeting location and catering services to support the Secretary of Labor??s bi-annual Executive Staff Leadership Meeting to be held August 10-11, 2006. II. SUMMARY OF SERVICES NEEDED ? Day # 1 ?V Thursday, August 10, 2006 - Based on 150 Participants - 9:00 AM ?V 8:00 PM - General Session Ballroom: - Founder's Room Equipped with podium w/microphone and stand and lavaliere microphone; large screen, lap-top and projector; pads of paper and pens at all tables - 2 VIP Hold Rooms: - Presidents Room and Chasen Room w/speakerphones - Both hold rooms should include computer and printer (Internet ready); pads of paper and pens; and refreshments in one room - 4 Break-Out Rooms - Room 1105 (65-75 people classroom style) - Room 2100 (40 people classroom style) - Room 2102 (40 classroom style) - Room 2104 (40 classroom style) - All break-out rooms should be equipped with screens, projectors, and lap-tops and an easel with paper and markers; 3 break-out rooms to include 1 microphone and stand, one break-out room to include 2 microphones and stands; pads of paper and pens. - Rental of Audio Visual Equipment for each room (podium, microphone, lap-top, projector) - Catering Services for lunch (included in Meeting Day Package), Dinner and Reception - Reception to be held on the patio - Deluxe Day Package ($ ) Includes: - All Day Continuous Refreshment Breaks - Privately Catered Luncheon in General Session Room - Meeting Space Based Upon the Number of Attendees (General Session Room) - General Session Room Equipped with two Flipcharts, LCD Projector, Screen, and VCR & Monitor - Standard Audio Visual Equipment - All Services Charges - Complimentary Parking ?
