- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotation; and a separate request for quotation will not be issued. The United States Attorney Office for the District of Colorado has a requirement for Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for a sixty (60) month period. Offerors must have the capability to establish and office within a thirty (30) mile radius from locations listed in the Statement of Work. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, NAICS is 561492 with a size standard 6M. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA13-6-0083. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.212-4 ? Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item? and 52.212-5 ? Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and other evaluation factors contained in the solicitation ?Evaluation Criteria?. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted via email to Sandra.Harrell@usdoj.gov on or before 12:00 noon est., August 10, 2006. Quotes are due on Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted.
