Description: This combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended to include a site visit scheduled for Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 10:00AM. Interested vendors must submit an NCIC (National Crime Information Center) Check form and receive clearance prior to entering the institution. Vendors should report to the Front Lobby of FCI Fairton prior to 10:00AM and will be escorted into the institution by Facilities staff. The response date for the solicitation is extended to August 10, 2006. All bid will be due by 2:00PM. NCIC Forms are available by contacting Tom Cerione, General Foreman at 856-453-1177 x4066.
