- HSCG87-06-B-643416 Composite Building BOQ & BEQ Shower Stall Replacement at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sitka, Alaska. The contractor shall provide all materials, management supervision, labor, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the following work: Demolish and replace the 37 Bachelor Officer Quarters and Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BOQ)(BEQ) shower stalls including shower head, mixing valve, drain fittings, flooring, and repair the existing shower framing and plumbing to receive the new shower assembly. Relocation may include some or all of the existing wall hung cabinets, towel bars, toilet paper holder, and other items. Work includes, but is not limited to painting the bathroom walls and ceilings in each BOQ BEQ personal quarters, the relocation of wall mounted accessories to accommodate the new shower stalls, floor repair, and other miscellaneous items. All work shall be completed on or before May 1, 2007. Contract award is anticipated late September 2006. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. See the solicitation for bonding requirements. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236116 and the applicable size standard is $31.0 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form.
