- The U.S. Coast Guard intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price contract with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities Items under FAR Part 6.302 with McClellan Facilities, LLC, located in McClellan, California. McClellan Facilities is the Local Redevelopment Authority?s business partner under BRAC and the Owners? of the System. The requirement is for inspection, operation, testing, repair and maintenance of the fire protection system, including: deluge system, wet pipe sprinkler systems, foam water-dry pipe pre-action system, automatic fire alarm systems and alarm monitoring systems that support USCG Air Station Sacramento located in Sacramento, California. The Contractor will provide all labor, management, tools, supplies, parts and equipment necessary to support these services. The period of performance will be 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007, with four one year options. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 25 August 2006 with a 25 day response time.
