- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Science & Technology Directorate, intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Prism eSolutions, LLC, a small business, to provide license maintenance and implementation services for PRISM software at the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (New York) and the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC) in Frederick, MD. The base period of performance will be six months, with two prospective options of one year each. The proposed modification action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22.
