- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the United States Postal Service, C/O Hasler, Inc, Shelton, CT 06484-9756. The purpose of this procurement is to set-up a commercial postage account with the US Postal Service for a Hasler postage meter located at the HRSA Information Center managed by Circle Solutions, Inc. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance is for one year.
