Description

The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Optimal Industrial Automation Ltd, located in Yate, Bristol, United Kingdom to evaluate and discuss the development and implementation of PAT in the pharmaceutical industry, with focus on process control through industrial automation and information/data management to unable the Agency to regulate and operate in this new paradigm extensive training curricula. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/bids are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This award will be made 6 days after the date of this notice. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541710 and the Business Size Standard is 500 Million dollars in assets. The FDA office building is located at 10903 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20993. These justification and approval requirements are in accordance with FAR subparts 6.3.
