- Description
- This project consists of removing the existing vertical siding in designated areas; provide and install all material to replace the removed siding with new fiber-cement vertical panel siding; replace the damaged building felt with new building felt; provide a ? inch drainage plane between the new siding and the building felt; paint new siding to match existing siding. The project is located at the Corvallis Forestry Sciences Laboratory, 3200 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, Benton County, Oregon. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Proposals are due by close of business on September 8, 2006. The successful offeror shall be required to submit Alternative Payment Protection (100% of contract price) prior to start of work. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated start work date is September 18, 2006. The solicitation packet will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about August 8, 2006.
