- THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. IQC06122009018, NSN 1680-01-070-1188, Guard, Chain. Manufacture in accordance with Goodrich Hoist & Winch, Cage 3HRL4, P/N 4227-168. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 72 each for the base year and option years. 137 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open, Only one source, intended source Cage 3HRL4. Note 22 applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
