- Solicitation SPM7L2-06-R-0013 is a 100% Hubzone set-aside for NSN 2540-00-670-2459, Bag Assembly, Pamphlet IAW TACOM drawing 19207 11676920 and all related data for a quantity of 8562 EA which includes a 100% Option Quantity (possible 8562 EA total) which may or may not be exercised at a later date. There is a First Article Test requirement: 3 units, 90 days. Requested delivery with FAT is 210 days ADO. Requested delivery without FAT is 90 days. Delivery to a stock location. NSN requires ORIGIN inspection and acceptance and FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of August 16, 2006 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
