- Description
- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation/Office of General Counsel (OGC) requires services of a Feedom of Information Act (FOIA) consultant. The consultant will assist the PBGC Disclosure staff with the following duties: Locating and collecting requested records (combination of manual and electronic searches), researching and evaluating material, and applying regulatory guidelines and procedures that will assist in determining what is releasable under the provisions of the FOIA and Privacy Act. The PBGC anticipates services will require 40 hours per week during the hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday from approximately September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2007. The total estimated level-of-effort is 1880 hours. The RFQ may include an option to continue these services for an additional 1880 hours. It is anticipated that a request for quote (RFQ) detailing PBGC's requirements will be issued within `15 days from publication of this announcement.
