- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Mathematics and Sciences Branch requires the purchase of professional development for K-5 mathematics educators and administrators for presentation of Developing Mathematical Ideas (DMI) workshops, development of DMI online mathematic courses, and facilitation of DoDEA online mathematics courses. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation number is HE1254-06-R-0052, and is issued as a Request for Proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties should ensure that their information in the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/ is accurate and current. This requirement is unrestricted. The submission due date and time is 28 Aug 06, 4:00 PM (EST). No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone calls. No inquiries will be considered if received more than fifteen (15) calendar days after the release of this notice.
