- VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD requires a contractor to provide Optometry Services to eligible beneficiaries of this facility in accordance with the statement of work. Services to be performed at the contractor's place of business. These services are required for veteran patients at Sioux Falls and other locations in our coverage area (e.g. SD-Yankton, Watertown, Mitchell, Aberdeen, Chamberlain; IA-Spencer,and Sioux City; MN-Fairmont and Worthington). This is a firm fixed price contract and acquisition is unrestricted. The Government may award multiple contracts. NAICS 621320 - $6.5million. Solicitation will be available on the web o/a 7/31/2006. Any amendments issued will also be posted on the website.
