- Contracting Office Address: 6011 Executive Boulevard Rockville, MD 20852 Description: The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to extend an existing purchase order (MD604572) with Netlink Resource Group, 901-A King St. Alexandria, VA 2231. The extension is needed to provide additional support to the Office of Financial Management to complete the development of the Grants Reporting & SREA payment system which affects the entire NIH, additional details have to be added to the program. The period of performance is 4 months starting at the extension of the purchase order. This acquisition is less than the Simplified Threshold.. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, if any other interested party believes that it can meet the requirements it may submit a statement of capabilities. The capability statement and any other information furnished must be in writing, and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow NIH to determine if the party can meet all of the foregoing requirements. Offers must also be accompanied by descriptive literature, warranties, and/or other information that demonstrates that the offer meets all of the foregoing requirements. Capability statements and related materials must be received in this office by 3:00pm EST on the closing date of this announcement. The determination to compete or not compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
