- The purpose of this modification is to inform potential offerors of the point of contact and deadline for comments on the previously posted draft Statement of Work for the ASAP Program. Questions and comments must be submitted in writing to Kimberly Ball at kball2@usaid.gov not later than March 3, 2006. USAID will not issue a formal response to questions. However, valid concerns will be taken into account in the resulting Request for Proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-FEB-2006).
