- The purpose of this notice is for interested parties that the Dixie National Forest in Utah has a Tree Thinning and Piling project for approximately 1008 acres. The project has potential salvage material. The approximate posting date for the solicitation (RFP) will be 5 May 2006 to this same website. For those interested in the project, there will be a show-me / site tour scheduled for 11 May 2006 at 9:00 a.m. Meet at the Cedar City Supervisor's Office, 1789 Wedgewood Lane, Cedar City, Utah. If you plan on attending, please notify the Contracting Officer. Project COR for this project is Phil Eisenhauer, he can be reached at 435-865-3705.
