- This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to issue a Firm Fixed Priced Simplified Acquisition Purchase (SAP) Order, on an other than full and open competition basis to Keithley Instruments Inc. The products to be purchased are as follows: (1) Dual Sourcemeter, (2) USB-To-GPIB Adapter Interface, (3) 1 Yr factory warrantly extended to 3 Yr and (4) 3 Yr STD Calibration. These products are needed to be used in a Government Aircraft Simulator. While there are other companies that can provide simular products, there are specifications (Developed) that only Keithley can provide without loss of time, project dollars, and a delay in man-hours which would effect project schedule.
