- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Ultrax Inc., Lees Summit, MO for the addition of forty-one (41) Loop Back Connectors, P/N 05-1017-01 to the UxValidator Stabilator/SAS Test System, P/N 02-1103-01. The Loop Back Connector provides self-test capability for the Stabilator and SAS 1 Systems ICSs. The Government does not own drawings or specification for the UxValidator or the Loop Back Connectors. All data is proprietary to Ultrax Inc. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
