- The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation to provide Janitorial Services at the US Bureau of Reclamation, located at 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment and supplies to perform Janitorial Services at the US Bureau of Reclamation, Folsom. Term of contract: October 1, 2006 - September 30, 2007. Award will be made to the Contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government based on a combination of past performance and price. The applicable NAICS code is 561720, with a size standard of 15 million. Further technical information will be provided at the time the solicitation is issued. Solicitation number 06SQ240129 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 8, 2006. The solicitation and specifications may be downloaded at the above site. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for proposal receipts may render your offer non-responsive and result in the rejection of same. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 8, 2006. Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors MUST register at http:www.ccr.gov. Failure to register will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offers from all responsible sources will be considered. Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All the representations and certifications which used to be submitted within Section K are now located online. Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) can be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors MUST include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 51.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. Quotes and submittals may be submitted electronically or via fax.
