- CORRECTION : This announcement shall amend the RFQ document number previously referenced in Pre-solicitation Number / RFQ 06SQ110055 currently on the ideasec.nbc.gov site. The correct RFQ document number for the Multi Parameter Instrument System requirement is 06SQ110075. It shall be issued 7/24/2006. It is a total small business set aside with a responses due date of 8/2/2006. BOR has a requirement for the following : To manufacture, install, check and display data in pseudo real-time on web and provide training and ongoing support to BOR for a multi-parameter instrument system that will measure water column temperature, dissolved oxygen, and surface meteorology for Deadwood reservoir. All responsive offers must include the following with their price quote: a completed copy of Offeror Representations and Certifications 52.212-03 or confirmation of ORCA documentation and all documentation required to comply with each Evaluation Factor for award - a (i) through (viv). Any quotes received without these completed clauses and evaluation factor responses will not be considered complete or responsive. In addition to the HTML version of the clause section that includes some of the specifications, the clauses and attachment section also contains two attachments documents - one Excel document with additional specifications and one pdf document with Deadwood bathymetry map info. Faxed, e-mailed PDF or mailed submittals will be accepted on or before 4:30 pm August 2, 2006. Electronic responses must be supplemented with the submittals as requested above.
