- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and constructing ten (10) riser pipe grade control structures in Carroll County, Mississippi. Principal features of work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, contro l of water, miscellaneous items, corrugated metal pipe, reforestation, erosion control, lime treatment, welding, concrete work, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection.
