- Description: The contractor shall provide services 24 hours each day, seven days per week, including federal holidays. These services include but are not limited to unarmed guard services to Corp of Engineers Huntsville Center employees and prevent ion of unauthorized access to the facility and property from damage and theft. Manning of the reception area, issuing of authorized badges to gain entry into the building. Issuing of parking permits, monitoring of the Closed Circuit Television, patrol of the interior, exterior areas and reporting. Maintain Building key control, perform inspection of packages entering the building. All interested parties must be certified small businesses under the NAICS code stated. The solicitation will be issued on or about 10 Aug 2006. This will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Note. No. 1 Applies.
