- The US Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command ??? Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce (TACOM-Picatinny) in support of the US Army Research Development and Engineering Command ??? Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (RDECOM-ARDEC) has a requirement for Modular Shooting Equipment to be provided to RDECOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. Interested sources will have an equal opportunity to submit complete proposals in response to the Request For Proposal (RFP). The item is envisioned to be a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) non-developmental item (NDI). The item must currently be in production, developmental items are not desired.
