Description: This is a Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to UGS Corp, Maryland Heights, MO for annual software revisions, upgrades, enhancements, and support of proprietary software. Any purchase order will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discreti on of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurment (See Numbered Note 22).
