Description
The Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC) on behalf of the Department of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) intends to issue a solicitation in approximately five (5) to ten (10) days as a 100% HUBZone set asid e. A Sources Sought announcement was previously issued under the number W91QV1-06-ADM. The requirement is for providing office support to the HRsolutions Program Office located in Arlington, Virginia. The government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract with Other Direct Costs reimbursable as authorized. The Government will award only one contract for this effort. The period of performance is a base period of twelve (12) months plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS code is 561 110 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. This contract will provide administrative service support to contracts, which were awarded in each of four competitive areas allowing competitions for task orders in each area. The competitive missio n areas are Personnel Services and Support, Studies and Analyses Support, Recruiting and Retention Support, and Administrative Support. There are a total of twelve Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity prime contractors, three for each mission area. Duti es will include assisting in a variety of administrative matters, maintaining a wide variety of office records, preparing and verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, and handling and adjusting complaints, receiving and referring visito rs, responding to inquiries; preparing arrangement for government staff to represent the organization at conferences, meetings, establishes appointment priorities. In the governments absence, ensures that request for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member; as needed, interprets request and helps implement action.. Assists in maintaining record; identifies types of record keeping systems. Researches required forms for completion of actions and assists in preparing appropriate do cumentation. The project is unclassified. However, all contractor employees proposed for on-site or full-time support must be eligible for a secret security clearance and a completed National Agency Check (NAC) in order to obtain a building pass and be gra nted access to the network.
