- Contractor will provide the following: -Provide Vactor 2100 series equipment or equivalent Vac-truck with operator for 8 hours daily Monday to Friday for 13 days. -Work hours from 0715-1600 daily meet at Bldg 1220. -Provide clean truck at beginning of each day. -Provide all necessary tools and support equipment for storm drain cleaning and rodding of lines as necessary. -Provide all required maintenance to ensure Vac-truck is fully operational. -Provide fuel for Vac-truck. Government will provide the following: -Labor to assist with cleaning of storm drains. -Traffic control necessary for safe operations. -Provide contractor with clean water supply to fill tanks. -Provide area for clean out debris removed from storm drains on Hickam AFB.
